Hello 2017 and anyone whos found this blog…
One of my manifestations for this year is to start a blog, and to post weekly on it!
So here it is all set up and ready to go…..
We ended our wedding season this year with 2 weddings that were SO memorable…… Smaller, intimate, emotional, well thought out, personal. I say “we” as I shoot 99.9% of my weddings with one of my fave besties, and one of the most talented photographers I know Aroha McKaig from The Boudoir Lounge. I couldnt do what I do without this woman. I know this!
I will highlight a few of T&A’s wedding here as they have received their images already.
Terra and Aaron got married at the CASO Train Station in St Thomas with their closest family and friends by their side… Their vows were non traditional and included one of my favorite readings “How falling in love is like owning a dog” officiated by Lori Hawkrigg from All Seasons wedding ceremonies
The fine details at this wedding were seriously unbelievable.. so stunning.. and were mostly done by the brides friends Sylvia, Jane and Kim! 4 paws up to these gals!!!!
Decor was rented from NJS Designs out of Clinton ON
Flowers came from Something Blue Floral and were straight out of a magazine. #swoon
After all it really is those finer details that reallllly enhance your wedding photos.
I cried during EVERY SINGLE speech
The food from The Sticky Pudding Catering Company was mouth watering… and the presentation was pure art.
The party favors were the most adorable wedding cake cookies with dog paws on them… they looked like sweet treats but were in fact dog biscuits! BRILLIANT!
It left me wondering how many intoxicated people bit into dog biscuits on the way home… oops!!!
Thank you T&A for choosing us, we loved being such a big part of your day and were so happy to now be able to now call you friends. <3
